Impact. Geneva. The Research Intern will be part of the IMPACT Research department, working on different stages of the research cycle. Based on these terms of reference and initial briefings, the selected candidate will develop upon the start of the internship a specific set of objectives and a work-plan, which will be reviewed at regular intervals during the internship period and will serve as a basis for evaluation upon completion of the internship.

Finance Assistant

UNOPS. Copenhagen. UNOPS mission is to help people build better lives and countries achieve sustainable development. UNOPS provides its partners with advisory, implementation and transactional services, with projects ranging from building schools and hospitals, to procuring goods and services and training local personnel. The Finance Assistant - Planning and Budgeting reports to the Head of Financial Planning and Budgeting who provides broad supervision and guidance. The Finance Assistant - Planning and Budgeting promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with UNOPS rules and regulations.

Director, Finance & Operations

GIIN. New York. The GIIN seeks a Director of Finance and Operations to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and planning for all fiscal, HR, technology, legal, and facilities functions of the GIIN. The position is a key part of the eight-person senior management team and reports to the Managing Director. As a decade-old organization, the GIIN is actively maintaining existing operational infrastructure as well as building infrastructure and systems to prepare for the future. A candidate with experience engineering policies, processes, and systems for a growing organization or one in its adolescence is preferred.

Lumina Impact Ventures. Indianapolis. The director will have an opportunity to leverage LIV’s early work to further build out—and truly shape—the program and portfolio. Externally the director will engage as a value-added partner to: entrepreneurs, helping them achieve growth goals and build organizational capacity; co-investors; and the broader field of players aligning to accelerate learning. To date, investments have been made in 13 companies. Lumina’s strategic plan calls for an allocation of an additional $20 million in new and follow-on investments over the next 3 to 5 years. 

Finance And Community Investment Partner

The Elmina B. Sewall Foundation. Freeport, Maine. This is a new position that will be joining our small team to assure that our investment approach creates impact consistent with the EBSF mission and values and is integrated with EBSF’s other strategies. This position presents an opportunity to join EBSF at a crucial moment to help guide and shape EBSF’s mission and place-based approach to impact investment. We seek a candidate that will share a deep commitment to the Foundation’s mission and values.
